Command Codex

Every Command.
Every Rank. Every Rep.

The complete reference for all 12 Gladiator V commands, covering what each one does, exactly how to use it, and which ones sync live with your web dashboard.

01
/schedule Only visible to you

Preview the whole week before you commit

Shows your complete 7-day training split for your current rank, listing every exercise and every set/rep count, Monday through Sunday, including rest days. Nothing here is logged; it's purely a preview so you know what's coming before you start a session.

  1. Run /schedule
  2. Choose Gym 🏋️ or Calisthenics 🤸
  3. Page through the week with ⬅️ ➡️

Difficulty and volume scale automatically as your rank climbs.

02
/startworkout Only visible to you Logs progress

Today's session, ready to log

Unlike /schedule, this pulls up only today's workout based on the actual day of the week and your current rank, allows you to view exercise form and animations via the dropdown, and gives you a button to log it the moment you finish. This is the command that actually moves your Total Workouts count and rank forward.

  1. Run /startworkout
  2. Choose Gym or Calisthenics. Rest days show a recovery message instead
  3. Optionally select any exercise from the 📖 View Exercise Form & Image Guide... dropdown to inspect proper form
  4. Finish the exercises, then tap ✅ Complete Workout

Reach a new milestone and you'll get a level-up announcement on the spot.

03
/exercise Only visible to you

Master proper form and technique

Opens an interactive form guide for any movement in the database. Displays target muscle groups, step-by-step biomechanical execution cues, pro tips to prevent injury, and visual demonstration animations directly inside Discord.

  1. Run /exercise and start typing an exercise name
  2. Select from the smart autocomplete list (e.g. Bench Press, Dumbbell Bicep Curls, Pull-Ups)
  3. Study the form cues, muscle highlights, and animation before your sets

You can also inspect these guides live during your workout using the dropdown inside /startworkout.

04
/myworkout Only visible to you Synced with dashboard

Build your own split from scratch

Opens your private Armory, separate from the built-in Gym/Calisthenics routines, this is where you create fully custom weekly schedules with your own exercises and set/rep counts for each day.

  1. Run /myworkout
  2. New Schedule to name a routine (e.g. "Push Pull Legs")
  3. Pick a day from the dropdown, then Add Exercise to log a movement + sets/reps
  4. Switch between saved schedules anytime with the schedule dropdown
  5. Clear All wipes everything if you want a clean slate

Everything you build here appears instantly on the web dashboard, and vice versa.

05
/resetworkout Destructive Synced with dashboard

A clean slate, if you really want one

Wipes your Total Workouts count and drops your rank all the way back to Level 1: Novice / Beginner. Useful if you're starting a fresh training cycle and want your progress to reflect it honestly.

  1. Run /resetworkout
  2. Read the warning carefully
  3. Confirm with Yes, Reset My Progress, or back out with Cancel

⚠️ This cannot be undone, and it resets your count on the dashboard too.

06
/remindworkout Only visible to you Synced with dashboard

Never let the arena forget you

Sets a daily ping 5 minutes before your chosen workout time, in your own timezone, sent to a channel of your choice. You can set one reminder per server, in as many different servers as you like, each with its own time, timezone, channel, and days. Running this again in a server where you already have a reminder set offers Update or Delete for that server, instead of stacking a second one, this keeps things from being used to spam a channel with duplicate pings.

/remindworkout time: e.g. 6:00 AM

timezone: optional, defaults to GMT (UTC+0)

channel: optional, defaults to the channel you ran the command in

days: optional, e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri. Defaults to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

The reminder ping itself includes Delete Reminder and How to Update Time buttons, plus a moderator-only delete option for server staff.

07
/myreminders Only visible to you Synced with dashboard

Every reminder, in one place

Lists every workout reminder you've set across every server, with the time, timezone, days, and channel for each. Since you can only manage a server's reminder from inside that server with /remindworkout, this command is the one place to see and remove all of them at once, no matter which server you're currently in.

  1. Run /myreminders
  2. Pick a reminder from the dropdown to remove it
  3. Confirm the removal

The same list is also visible on your web dashboard, where you can remove reminders too, adding a new one is Discord-only.

08

A paginated log of specific stats and PRs you record by hand, think "Planche hold: 15 seconds", separate from your overall workout count. This is your PR journal, not a workout tracker.

  1. Run /flex
  2. Add to log a new exercise/skill + result. Logging the same exercise again automatically archives the old entry
  3. Delete a specific numbered entry, or type "all" to clear everything
  4. Menu / Archived to flip between active and retired entries
  5. 📈 Graph to pick an exercise and chart your progress over time
10

  3. Page through the ranked list with Back / Next
